The Company and its affiliated entity, Kounto AI, may occasionally post links to third-party websites or embed access to third-party services, including but not limited to payment applications and software like QuickBooks.
Governing Law
This Agreement and any related claims shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Jurisdiction and venue for disputes shall be confined to the courts within the Company's principal place of operation.
